Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again

Here we go again, indeed. Another perfect musical.

In an age of terrible sequels and awful reboots that everybody hates; this movie could've been a steaming pile of shit, but it isn't, it's a masterpiece.

I'm not quite sure how it's even possible, but the music in this movie is arguably better than in the original. Let's rank 'em:

1. Waterloo - Perfection. No notes.

2. Dancing Queen - Wow, they nailed it again. Harry and Bill coming in on the boats is amazing.

3. Fernando - Cher is a perfect addition to the Mamma Mia! crew.

4. The song that plays during Meryl's cameo. Immediate tears.

5. Every other song. ABBA is the best.

Lily James is easy on the eyes. Really easy. Like, extremely easy on the eyes. Like, she couldn't be any easier on the eyes.
