Booooo. This movie stinks.

An all-star cast that had very unremarkable performances. What a fucking waste! Jonah Hill and Cate Blanchett are MAYBE the only bright spots. Everybody else are bad, especially Jennifer Lawrence. She sucked in this. Fucking Mark Rylance just ran back his character from Ready Player One. Same voice and everything. Very irritating.

This movie is supposed to be a comedy/political satire but the majority of the jokes fell flat for me. The script for Don’t Look Up was shockingly bad. Especially when you compare it to another Adam McKay project, The Big Short, the script is fucking dog shit. The movie was one big troll job; it was Adam McKay spending 2 and a half hours making fun of the Trump presidency and society as a whole during that time period. At face value this is a really good idea for a movie, but Don’t Look Up missed the mark big time. They fucked it.

I will never rewatch this for the rest of my days. I am annoyed just thinking about it. Ass movie. Trash!
