Deadpool 2

Home run of a sequel. Excellent movie. It's probably the funniest comic book movie ever made.

It has everything the first movie had plus a better set of characters. Cable, Domino, and the fire kid are excellent additions to the crew.

Typically, this is the part of the review where I talk about my favourite scenes. I know I'm a terrible writer, but when I talk about movies, I like to talk about my favourite parts of the movie. So that's what I'm going to do, and I will do so in point form because it's more efficient and less work for me. I don't care if it sucks to read. I'm the only one that reads this crap anyway so who cares. Does a tree make a noise in the woods if there is nobody around to hear it? Is that how that saying goes? Am I even using it right? Anyway:

• James Bond opening credits song is fantastic,

• The entire prison scene is fucking hilarious, especially the bits about Black Tom and dubstep,

• X-Force jumping out of the plane and the ensuing prison truck scene is a great 20 minutes of film

• The post credit scene. Two thumbs up!

The only gripe I have with Deadpool 2 is that there are parts of the movie where they didn't CGI Deadpool's eyes. Some people may not have even noticed. Some people may watch the movie after reading this and still have no idea what the fuck I am talking about. Deadpool's eyes just don't look right at certain points of the movie. I don't know how else to explain it, and I'm not really sure why it bothers me so much, but it does. Did they run out of money? Out of time? Were they just being lazy sacks of shit? Very annoying.

Do you like to laugh? If the answer is yes, then watch Deadpool 2. If the answer is no, then go straight to jail because you might be a danger to society.
