Solid movie. It is a good watch, especially for the current political climate.

Admittedly, Mudbound is a slow burn. The first hour and a bit is kind of boring but the second half gets real crazy real quick. All the character building of the first half pays off as all hell breaks loose. KKK, WW2, brother fucking, and leg breaking; pretty nutty combo if you ask me.
