The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

Awesome movie. No denying that. The question is, is it better than the first? I don’t think it is, but it’s pretty damn close.

The battle of Helms Deep is the best battle in the trilogy. And on top of that you get the ents fucking up Isengard. Very cool. But the first half of the movie is admittedly slow moving. That is where the first movie has the edge. Although the action is better in the second, it is all condensed into the final third of the movie.

In my professional opinion, the fellowship is better than the two towers. But I am also an idiot so take it with a grain of salt.

Two Towers is friggin great. I love LOTR and you should too.
