Average. Some things I liked. Some things I didn't. Comme ci comme ça.

This movie is way too fucking long. It dragged like fuck. It felt like it was 5 hours long. I almost fell asleep and it was 1:30 pm when I went to see it. Some of the scenes were flat-out boring and needed to be cut out of the movie.

Tom Hanks in the movie... *fart noise*. Why did Tom Hanks do this? It has to be the absolute worst role of his career. I never needed to see Tom Hanks in a fat suit doing some weird fucking voice. No thanks, Tom. The character annoyed the shit out of me.

My biggest complaint is that there was not enough of Elvis' music in the movie about Elvis. The guy has a billion hits and I think I heard 5 of his songs total. Play the fucking hits!

The movie isn't all bad. As I said comme ci comme ça.

• Austin Butler is solid as Elvis, he is especially good when he is singing/performing

• I like the style of how the movie was filmed

• The Little Richard scene was a pleasant surprise (spoilers)

• The best scene of the movie is when Elvis was making girls scream (and that's putting it lightly) uncontrollably by dancing

I'm probably never going to rewatch this movie ever again. Therefore, I can't, in good conscience, recommend Elvis to anybody. Unless you would like to take a nap, then throw it on.
