Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

The movie was nearly 3 hours long and three quarters of the film had nothing to do with anything. Rick Dalton becoming an Italy action star, Steve McQueen at a party, Sharon Tate's feet; all of these were 20 minute scenes that had no impact on the film at all. Tarantino could of made this movie 30 minutes and it would have been great, but instead he gets 3.1 out of 10 stinky bananas.
